Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before we ship it from our facility.

To request a cancellation, please follow the steps noted below:

1. Sign in to your account, PCM Crafts India. Go to "My Orders."
2. Choose the order you want to cancel. Click on the "Cancel Order" button.
3. Please select a reason for your cancellation from the list below. Send request.
4. If the order hasn't shipped yet, our system will confirm the cancellation once it's cancelled.
5. You will receive a notification by e-mail or SMS about the status of your request.

If you cancel at a certain stage of your order, we will process your refund as follows:

Before Order Processing: 100% refund is eligible before order processing.

After Processing, Before Shipping: A platform fee may be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment providers.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI or wallet).

Please allow the following time for funds to be reflected in your account.

Custom/Personalized Items:

Please note that custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made especially for you.

Partial Shipments:

If your order contains multiple items and one or more have already shipped, you may only be able to cancel the remaining items that have not entered the shipping process yet.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

PCM Crafts India reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances like technical failure or extreme weather. In these cases we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Perishable/Fragile Goods:

Some of our items are handmade and delicate. As such, some perishable or fragile goods may not be returnable once opened.

To help us better serve you:

• Please check your order soon after delivery.
• Contact us within the relevant timeframes if something seems wrong.
• Returned items need to be securely packed.
• Give the correct shipping and contact information during checkout.
