Return Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases are subject to availability and final confirmation. Because our products are handcrafted by artisans in Pithoragarh, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the charm of the craft and are not considered defects. Refunds are processed strictly according to the conditions defined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We take great pride in our quality, but we understand things can happen. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• Failed Transactions: Your payment was deducted, but the order was not confirmed.
• Duplicate Payments: You were accidentally charged more than once for a single order.
• Non-Delivery: The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe due to an error on our part.
• Damaged or Defective Items: The product arrived damaged during transit.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of Mind: Once a product has been shipped, we cannot offer refunds for "buyer’s remorse."
• Used Products: Any item that shows signs of wear, use, or alteration.
• Customer Errors: Incorrect shipping addresses, contact details, or selecting the wrong size/color at the time of purchase.
• Handcrafted Variations: Minor differences between the website photo and the physical product (as each piece is uniquely handmade).
• Policy Violations: Any transaction that violates our general Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Window of Opportunity: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Once an order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage, it can no longer be cancelled, as the artisans have already dedicated resources to your piece.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we initiate the credit immediately. You can expect the funds to be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Mode of Refund

For security and transparency, all refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase. In exceptional circumstances where the original method is no longer active, alternate methods may be used at our sole discretion.
